point + shoot : this is how we roll with sunday dinner!!!!

as a family we always have a cruisey dinner on sunday's, we came home to freshly baked bread {smells so good when you walk in the door}
i often eat it fresh with melted butter, but not tonight
i felt like something really tasty, so i

toasted the bread
spread a smidge of butter
smidge of homemade garlic aioli
advocado {love}
crumble goats cheese on top {creamy goat's cheese}
thin red onion
sprinkle pink rock salt {from murry river}
black cracked pepper
drissle infused oil on top {from box stallion winery}
this with a glass of cradle bay, sav blanc from marlborough new zealand

hubbs wouldn't stop raving about how delicious it was and i have to agree it was devine
we have had a great weekend and hope you all have too.....
did anyone else have anything really really yummy this weekend??????

  1. Looks and sounds delicious!! Our Sunday night dinners are always something simple too. Latest favourite is homemade pesto spread on toasted ciabiatta bread and topped with oven roasted mushrooms. Yummo! Have a great start to the week x

  2. Sambos for dinner are so good aren't they! I've just learnt how to make sourdough bread and totally agree there is nothing better than warm bread straight out the oven with just a little bit (or lot!) of butter mmmmm making me hungry :)
