thankful 4 : sisters

what am i thankful 4??????? sisters, whether they are biological or your friends you concider your
sisters, those amazing people who are there for you in good times and not so good thats what i'm thankful 4 today.....
as most of you know my sister is here from nz YAY and this photo is quite old, it was taken in raglan nz the day we found out she was pregnant with her first now she is preggers with her fourth
whoop whoop.......
so here's to all the sisters out there!!!!!!

my point + shoot this week is my little man vacuuming, he cracked it because he wanted to vacuum

so mummy let him have turns in between her vacuuming {he might be like me } i love vacuuming

this week i'm very thankful for skype.....
not sure about you but we have loads of family in different countries so its so nice to see faces
and the grandy's get to see little zeke too
do you use skype????? it does take a while to get used to it such a great idea......

point + shoot : camping at phillip island

our very first camping trip in australia in our new tent......we always went camping in nz but when we moved to oz we thought with all the snakes etc we wouldn't go camping well its been almost 8 years and we miss camping so much {we have only seen two snakes} since we have been here....
so the goal for this year is to get out and explore, honestly i didn't want to come home yesterday
i could of stayed one more night, so i think i'm going to org another camping weekend in may

zeke loved playing around in the dirt, and kept pretending he was a dog, crawling around with sticks in his mouth.......hehe was a wee bit funny

zeke also seems a little obsessed with uncle wayne at the moment, it is very cute to watch......they ate breakfast together, played fixing cars, jumped on the jumping pillow
all in all we had the best weekend, what did you do??????

thankful 4 : daylight savings

im so thankful and stoked we have daylight savings, i don't know about you but i seem to feel more alive i get so much more done and totally enjoy spending as much time outside as i can........
i know it's coming to an end next month but it will roll around again soon, what do you love about daylight savings and what are you thankful 4 this week?????

point + shoot : twilight at the zoo

what a whirlwind weekend and loving having the day off today with hubbs and bubbs

on saturday us three amigos went to the twilight zoo with our nibbles packed, we constantly told zeke on the way to the zoo that he was going to see the elephant {can you imagine the squeals of delight} and doing the trunk action......

we arrived and the que went forever but have to admit it was fun chatting and meeting others in the line {great opportunity me thinks}

at the gates they checked our bags to make sure we weren't taking any alcohol in and the guy said "oh this is the yummest bag i've seen so far", of course i felt {just a wee bit of pride} and he was right it was delish.....

life is what happens when your busy making plans

last night i caught the last 5 min of "how i met your mother" and in that time one of the characters made a comment that i just had to write down "LIFE IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOUR BUSY MAKING PLANS"
how true is that, i often think we over complicate life, and it doesn't need to be....{i'm a fine one to do that} so when i heard this comment it jumped out to me.....
so while were busy making plans remember to stop and enjoy life too!!!!! have a great weekend

thankful 4 : lindt chocolate eggs

i have only just discovered these, when greg bought some home on monday night i devoured them and someone came home with them on tues as well yum yum......
i'm not a huge chocolate fan but i highly rate these, have you tryed them?????

my madeit find this week is this adorable t-shrit from nilly design with polka dots and a little birdie made using natural linen.....who's little girl wouldn't love this????? i could imagine it would be one of her favourites and probably wouldn't want to take it off.....
